Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times


Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, NAAROW is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NAAROW is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns / Exchange

At NAAROW, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:
    Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by NAAROW

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
